Terms & Conditions — e2bat Platform User Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and e2bat governing your use of the platform, including all betting, gaming, deposit, withdrawal, and account-related activities. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on e2bat.

21+ Age Requirement — Strictly Enforced
e2bat accounts are exclusively available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by any person under this age is prohibited and will result in permanent account termination with forfeiture of any balance held. CNIC-based age verification is mandatory before withdrawal access is granted.
One Account Per Person — No Exceptions
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one e2bat account. Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or registering under a false identity are all material breaches of these Terms that result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the violating accounts.
Deposits and Withdrawals — Pakistani Methods
e2bat supports JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and cash deposit channels. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to accounts in the same name as the registered e2bat account holder. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted under any circumstances.
Bonus Terms — Read Before Claiming
All promotional bonuses, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by e2bat are subject to specific wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits. Bonus funds and real funds are governed by separate withdrawal sequencing rules detailed in Section 7 of these Terms.
Responsible Gaming — Tools Available
e2bat provides deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. The platform reserves the right to enforce mandatory responsible gaming interventions where player behaviour indicators suggest problematic patterns. Use of these tools does not waive ongoing platform obligations under these Terms.
Account Termination & Fund Forfeiture
e2bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering indicators, identity misrepresentation, or any breach of these Terms is detected. Funds held in terminated accounts are subject to forfeiture pending investigation under the platform's anti-fraud protocols.
Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
- "e2bat" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at https://e2bat.lol, including all associated subdomains, applications, and digital interfaces.
- "User" or "Player" refers to any natural person who has created or is in the process of creating a registered account on e2bat.
- "Account" refers to the registered, password-protected profile created by a User on e2bat, through which the User accesses platform services.
- "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a User and available in their e2bat account for wagering or withdrawal.
- "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited by e2bat that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
- "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any financial stake placed by a User on a casino game, live dealer game, sports event, or any other outcome facilitated through the e2bat platform.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by e2bat before full account privileges, including withdrawals, are granted.
- "Services" refers collectively to all products, games, betting markets, account tools, payment facilities, and support functions available through e2bat.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the e2bat platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the e2bat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the e2bat platform and, if you have an existing account, contact e2bat support to request account closure.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and e2bat with respect to the use of the platform. No verbal representation, prior correspondence, or informal communication shall modify or supplement these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or communication, these Terms shall prevail.
e2bat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via registered account email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect for existing Users. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility & Age Requirements
21+ Only: The e2bat platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Attempting to register while under the age of 21 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and is grounds for permanent account termination.
To be eligible to create and maintain an e2bat account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age, as evidenced by a valid Pakistani CNIC or equivalent government-issued identity document;
- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party;
- You do not already hold an active or previously terminated e2bat account under any name, identity, or contact detail;
- Your use of the platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order applicable to your place of residence;
- You are not acting under any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by e2bat or any other gaming operator, that would prohibit your participation in online gaming;
- You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
e2bat reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle and to restrict or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the platform's satisfaction.
Account Registration & Security
You may register one (1) account on e2bat. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, mobile number, or email address used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, whether or not you authorised the specific action.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your e2bat account, you must notify e2bat support immediately via live chat or email. e2bat shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to maintain credential security.
KYC Identity Verification
Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification is a mandatory requirement for all e2bat accounts before withdrawal privileges are activated. KYC verification may also be required at deposit milestones, upon account review, or at any point e2bat determines necessary for compliance purposes.
The standard KYC documentation required by e2bat includes:
- A clear, legible copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), showing both front and rear faces;
- Proof of your registered payment method — for JazzCash or EasyPaisa, a screenshot of the registered account screen showing your name and registered mobile number;
- Additional documentation may be requested including a selfie with CNIC, proof of address, or source of funds declaration for accounts exceeding specified deposit thresholds.
e2bat will process KYC documentation within three (3) business days of receipt. Withdrawal requests are queued pending KYC completion but are not forfeited during this period. e2bat reserves the right to apply temporary withdrawal holds pending satisfactory KYC completion and to permanently restrict withdrawals where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Deposits & Supported Payment Methods
e2bat supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast Instant Payment, 1LINK, and Cash Deposit via supported agents. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 (one hundred Pakistani Rupees). Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in the name of the e2bat account holder. Third-party deposits — deposits made from a payment account belonging to any person other than the registered e2bat account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the e2bat account balance within 60 seconds of confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to credit depending on the processing timelines of the sending institution. e2bat does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
e2bat is not responsible for funds lost in transit due to incorrect account details provided by the User at the time of deposit. Always verify the e2bat account reference number before completing any transfer. Incorrectly directed transfers may not be recoverable.
Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Rewards
e2bat may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty or VIP rewards to eligible Users. The availability, terms, wagering requirements, and withdrawal conditions applicable to each promotion are set out in the specific promotion's terms, which are supplemental to and incorporated within these Terms & Conditions.
General conditions applicable to all e2bat bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly provide otherwise:
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 25x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion;
- Real money funds in your account are wagered first; bonus funds are held until real money balance is exhausted or the wagering requirement is met;
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games typically contribute 10%, table games 20%, and slots 100%, unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
- Bonus offers may not be claimed in conjunction with other promotions unless e2bat expressly permits combination;
- e2bat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, and to modify or discontinue ongoing promotions with reasonable notice;
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting strategies, arbitrage exploitation, and use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may result in permanent account termination.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) absence of any pending responsible gaming restrictions; and (c) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals: processed within 2–4 hours during business hours (09:00–22:00 PKT), or within the following business day for requests submitted outside these hours;
- HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: processed within one (1) to two (2) business days;
- Raast and 1LINK transfers: processed within 4–8 hours during business hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling period may apply depending on account verification tier and payment method. e2bat reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for large withdrawal requests prior to processing.
All withdrawals will be directed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless the User submits a formal payment method change request and completes the associated verification process. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Users against unauthorised fund diversion.
Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed on e2bat are governed by the game rules applicable to the specific product — sports betting, live casino, slots, jackpot bingo, or other gaming products. These product-specific rules are accessible within each game interface and the Game Information section of the e2bat platform.
All bets are final once confirmed by the e2bat system. Users may not cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed wager except where in-play cash-out functionality is explicitly available for the specific market and the User exercises this option before the bet is settled.
e2bat reserves the right to void any wager where:
- Odds or game parameters were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or data feed malfunction;
- The event or game outcome was influenced by circumstances beyond the scope of the standard rules governing that event;
- Evidence of match fixing, score manipulation, or other integrity violations affecting the event is confirmed by a recognised sporting authority;
- The wager was placed after the event or game round had already commenced in a manner that was not sanctioned as a live in-play betting market.
In the event of a disputed settlement, the e2bat review team's determination — based on available data, official results, and applicable game rules — shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process available to all registered Users.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e2bat platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential permanent termination:
- Registering or operating more than one e2bat account, whether under your own identity or any other;
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or account management;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the e2bat platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds pricing, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting strategies, or any pattern of play designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
- Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other unlawful purpose;
- Conducting fraudulent chargebacks on deposits while retaining wagered or withdrawn funds;
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your e2bat account to any third party;
- Using the platform to facilitate gambling activities on behalf of any third party without e2bat's express written authorisation.
Where prohibited conduct is detected, e2bat reserves the right to immediately suspend account access, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, forfeit bonus balances, and refer relevant information to appropriate legal authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
Responsible Gaming
e2bat is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. The platform provides a range of tools designed to support Players in maintaining control over their gaming activity:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that restrict the maximum amount deposited within the specified period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is blocked until the period resets.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. An audible and visual notification is provided at session time limit expiry.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, account access is blocked but previously pending withdrawals continue to be processed.
- Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from e2bat. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in place, the account is closed and the Player is banned from creating a new account. This measure cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 12 months.
e2bat's customer support team is trained to identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour and to direct at-risk Players to appropriate support resources. Where e2bat's review processes identify that a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, the platform reserves the right to restrict account activity and initiate mandatory responsible gaming interventions independent of the Player's requests. Intellectual Property
All content published on the e2bat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, software code, data compilations, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of e2bat or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the e2bat platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, republishing, modifying, reverse engineering, distributing, or commercially exploiting any platform content without e2bat's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of e2bat intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e2bat shall not be liable to any User for: (a) loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (c) damages arising from platform unavailability, technical failures, data loss, or interruption of services; or (d) any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently shown to contain errors.
e2bat does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. While e2bat employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and regular penetration testing, no digital platform can guarantee absolute immunity from technical failures or third-party cyberattacks.
The maximum aggregate liability of e2bat to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Suspension & Termination
e2bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering;
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations in the User's jurisdiction;
- Detection of bonus abuse or strategic exploitation of platform mechanics;
- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 24 months.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting e2bat support. Upon voluntary closure, verified real money balances will be refunded to the User's last verified payment method following completion of any outstanding security checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully met.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the e2bat platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under e2bat's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute regarding account transactions, wager settlements, or the application of these Terms, Users should first raise the matter with e2bat's customer support team by submitting a formal complaint via email to [email protected]. e2bat will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through e2bat's internal complaint process, Users may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under e2bat's licensing framework. Details of the applicable body are available upon request from e2bat support.
Amendments to These Terms
e2bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the e2bat platform with the updated effective date clearly indicated. For material changes — those that significantly affect User rights or platform obligations — e2bat will provide a minimum of seven (7) days advance notice via registered account email and in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the e2bat platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 14.
